Nemesis Zombies Cannot Leave 2nd Story Houses in Haddonfield

Had a game, both zombies were stuck on second floors with pathing issues. Even after using tentacle strike on both zombies, they got stuck on 2nd floor of different houses.
When destroying the zombies again, they cannot walk into the exit gate area and just stay stuck outside of the exit gate threshold.
