In terms of progression features the shrine should be next up for a rework

Like jesus the shard prices are huge for their value. 4000 shars for a tier 2 perk? In what world is a tier 2 perk worth 44% of a new character? Not to mention its BP being nerfed to now only be 100k for 2k shards. The shrine is exclusively useful for lisenced perks. If its an original characters perk youre really better off just saving shards and buying the character that way you get 2 extra perks. If using shards for BP was already a sorta bad idea before the changes its probably now one of the worse finacial descisions you can make aside from NFTs.
