Kill Switch update: We have temporarily disabled The Artist in the Event queue while we work to fix an issue causing players' game to crash. The Artist will be re-enabled once the issue is fixed.

Why is everyone running dead dawg saloon offering?

Options

literally going to dead dawg saloon for 3-4 games in a row every one in a while because survivors send me there so often. I'm not even mad about it beacause i'd rather play all my games on the same map than play RPD once but am curious as to why survivors like that map so much. I find it really in favor of some killers (I play Artist) so whats the reason to go there?

Dead dawg is one of the voice communication SWF favorite maps, because it’s so easy for survivors to be the “lookout”, and warn each other where their killer is. The generator on the saloon balcony is perfect for this, because it has such a huge view of the map.

The map has a big issue where it’s very difficult for most killers to go from one side of the map to the other, without at least one survivor being able to see them.

The main building is very strong, you can do easy flashlight locker saves. They are many good loops and many walls that killer HAVE to break to make it playable.

Only good thing about this map for killers is the size of the map. It's small map.

I've found the offering is usually run by the guy with Balanced Landing that wants to sit in the Saloon the entire game with the hopes that you'll chase him there, losing the game in the process

Yeah. Some SWFs will send killers to this map just so they can bully them with double locker flashlight saves.

I ran it last week because I was playing with my ex-boss and he’s the very definition of a baby Claudette and needed all the help he could get. I only meant to run it once and kept forgetting to remove it after each map.

Hey, I'd gladly take Dead Dawg Saloon instead of being sent to the Game 3 times in a row.

As someone who uses balanced landing and uses a offering while playing with a friend i take offense with that

I just like playing dead dawg saloon as survivor tbh I just love the western design also its easy to stay away from the killer thanks to the upper levels of the map that's not the main building lol
