Once you have signed in, on the right hand side you can use the "report bug" button to be able to fully report the bug you've encountered. Thank you.

Clairvoyance cant be used if also item is equiped
As you can see, even if Clairvoyance is active i have no prompt for using it. Usually it is M4. But m4 is also used for the flashlight
This is my key configurations. I have no other M4 and "use item" is the only one with this key.

All fine. Since they have recently added another active ability button this could be changed in the future after all and this could be a nice QoL change to the perk..
