You said that survivors won't scream but it will interrupt their action
But survivors scream and can be heart on the whole entire map but you won't see their location plus that you domt see which gen was blown up
That's crazy
Fix it
Or remove the scream and put back the explosion notification so we can now which gen is recreased or bring back the old one where we could see the bubble scream and the loud noise notification

This perk is completely bugged
1. Survivors scream while they shouldn't scream but the location is not revealed
2. They removed the notification in order to know which gen is blown up while they didn't say anything about this
So yeah . They need to fix that perk immediately

........ I read the 6.1.0 patch notes. And also it says SCREAMMMM not LOUD NOISE NOTIFICATION

It says that it interrupts them. It also says the killer will not be notified with a scream. To me, no part of that makes it sound like they’re supposed to scream while being interrupted.
If the scream is intentional then that needs to be clarified and added back into the perk description because those patch notes make it sound like it’s unintended.

Devs said in the June developer update that they were removing the scream effect and the gen would “spark” (URL below). Not what we got at all. Can confirm myself from a match just today, it’s still causing survivors to scream. Devs need to reverse course and remove the DMS synergy, as they originally did.
