We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.

I had the new challenge equipped where you need to blind the killer 6 times. I did not switch anything or forgot to select it or similar.
I was playing match after match to get it done and after I got the 3 remaining blinds in one match the realization hit me that the challenge somehow unselected itself during the match....
