Tome 12 - Legacy of Deceit Challenge/Memories Bug

Platform: Steam

Issue: I have one more challenge to complete in Tome 12: to unlock the last entry for Legacy of Deceit however the number 10 and the final video are already unlocked even though I haven't finished the last challenge to unlock it.

How To Reproduce: Not Sure

Frequency: Once
