Killer Concept: The Candyman
New Killer: The Candyman; A vengeful killer who lived, loved, and lost; now willing to take the life of anyone who dares to speak his name.
Killer Power: Bee My Victim; the Candyman starts with 5 tokens. Each token can be used to place an AI swarm of bees to roam the map, or to attack a survivor all out, which consumes all 5 tokens. When a survivor gets caught in the swarm, they will receive the Swarmed Effect. When in this effect, similar to Artist's dire crows, you have to get the swarm off of you. In the process, you're rushed actions are slowed down and you cannot interact with anything while swarmed. Also, if another survivor goes near you, they too will get swarmed, so be careful.
Secondary Power: Say My Name; 5 mirrors will spawn around the map. You can use them to teleport to a different area of the map, costing you 3 of your tokens. When a survivor finds one, they have two options; break it or use it to lure The Candyman to them. When broken it will rebuild itself for 15 seconds or when it spawns in a different location. All 5 mirrors respawn every 50 seconds. And as for luring, when a survivor is near a mirror, their aura is revealed they are out of the radius of that mirror. The Candyman can use these mirrors to their advantage, but so can the survivors. Coming to the survivor's location will be a commitment, same as Pinhead's Lament Configuration, or trying to protect your totems.
The Candyman comes with three new perks.
Perk #1: Hex: Separated; When the Obsession is hooked, any survivor that interacts or does cooperative actions with them be revealed within 12/24/32 meters of you. Only the Obsession cannot be seen. These effects shall persist as long as the totem is standing.
"I am the writing on the wall, the whisper in the classroom; without these things, I am nothing. So now, I must shed innocent blood. Come with me." -Daniel Robitaille
Perk #2: Unfaithful; Each time the Obsession stuns or blinds you, you gain a token; for each token, you gain a 2/3/5% increased speed in basic weapon cooldowns after hitting survivors that aren't the Obsession. You get up to 5 tokens. You lose a token each time you hit the Obsession with a basic attack.
"Do you believe in me...?" -Daniel Robitaille
Perk #3: Never Let Go; When the Obsession unhooks a survivor, the next time you hook the obsession, that survivor will become Exposed for 20/30/60 seconds after going for the save and the hook the Obsession is currently on will be blocked for 10/20/30 seconds.
"Your death will be a tale to frightened children... to make lovers cling closer in their rapture... Come with me... And be Immortal..." -Daniel Robitaille

I'm not too sure on this one. The swarming seems to be a bit over the top, granting swarms that you don't even need to shot / aim that grant you free map pressure, slowdown and passive anti-looping as they slow vaults? not sure. Luring the candyman seems pretty useless- why would you wanna have your aura shown to the killer? if you want to attract their attention, just do a fast vault somewhere or use a locker...
Also, having teleports as well will literally make Candyman a different freddy with an artist like touch - one multi-use thing similar to the snares, that grant brief anti-loop and one map pressure power. it's getting a bit much with the teleporting, however i do really like the idea of having teleport points that completely respawn at different locations every few seconds, perhaps if that would happen in a predictable pattern, that would be very interesting for the killer to play with, as they can center their macromanagement around these teleports. The Hex: Seperated Perk should be fixed to something different, as especially in the lower tiers, the perk is completely useless. Seeing a cooperative action in 12 from you? If it's a gen, you can hear it, if it's healing... well you can just use Nurses Calling, that works for all survivors, since you can hear gens anyways... maybe fix the range to something bigger like 42 meters and make the aura linger for 2 seconds after you leave the radius or the cooperative action ends, or give it some bonus slowdown for the obsession of 1/2/3 %, because otherwise it's just a worse Nurses that can be turned off by survivors...
Unfaithful seems pretty useless as well, SFTBL seems to do the job a ton better consistently, however i do like the idea of making another attack cooldown based perk. maybe something that gives you permanent cooldown reduction after every hit but you lose all tokens on down?
Never Let Go seems really interesting, i think blocking hooks would be a terrible idea that shouldn't be implemented because it would be toxic towards the game, but i guess it's never wrong to go with unhooking / exposed type perks, they usually discourage tunneling and encourage going for the people rescuing, which is nice.

I dig it. For the Bee Swarm, what if it works like The Doctors Static Blast, but instead of screams they get the Artist like Crows?
