Location of generators

It's normal that generators spawn almost close to each other on the Haddonfield, one in the main in the room on the 1st floor, the other in the bushes in front of the main, literally 10 meters from each other?

Normally no but I think they adjusted alot of the tiles and it has screwed up the spawns of hooks and gens
