    Forced penance is way to low, considering healing is so strong, it is a good perk in comp scenarios or sweaty matches.

    Yeah, but it's way to situational + healing is strong but the major problem is self haeling and forced penance doesn't work with self healing. Btw it could maybe be mid/low D.

    Well I'm addicted to brutal so i can tell that it's a great perk! Btw it can with new maps designing it's kind hard to get a great value early on the match. Eyre of cringe or garden of pain are maps with tons of palettes, so the distance that u get from breaking faster is unfortunately not that significant, and save the best is a bonkers perk. It's the best lethality perk on the game after the patch. The stbfl "buff" is not having 10 stacks it getting the value earlier. For example having 4 stacks is going to give u the same value as 6 stacks on the pree patch, so even if u chase the obsession u will have the same value.
