Can you block M1 self care in front of other M1 actions?

This is soooo nasty. I will open the exit door but instead of opening the exit gate my survivior starts to self care.
And this happens so often in other situations. Idk if this happens when an item i sinfront of a hooked survivor...
Can you please block a radius for self care in special locations? at the door opener and around the hooks. nobody would heal there... or wie have to get another button for diffrent actions.
