Nothing was mentioned about it in the Developer Update at all, is it still scheduled to release/activate with the chapter release?

    If they did not mention it, I would strongly assume that they are still scheduled to be reactivated with the release of the new Chapter.

    They are still planned to return with the update- nothing has changed there!
