I know it's unusual for this forum since most of the topics are mostly negative, but I want to say THANK YOU!

This was so much needed and im so glad for reducing the grind. I really start to see that devs are starting to listening to the community (mettle of man, grind reduced, longer endurance after unhooking, pallets on RPD etc.)

You guys used to be very stubborn (atleast from my perspective) but it changed.

Excellent news and you made plenty of players happy :). Cheers!

This will make it better for all of us to grind out perks for newer chacters and work on existing.

Yeah, I've got to concur. I'm unhappy with Reassurance, but other than that, this patch is phenomenal. So much good news - better anti-tunnel, Wesker and RPD streamlining, Mettle fix, grind reduction. This really got me stoked to get back to playing. I'm already saving up some bloodpoints so I can race through some webs with the next chapter.

I take back what I've said about them being afraid to reduce the grind, because this right here is the mecca we've all been begging for for years. Thanks, guys! I feel really listened to right now, and that's a wonderful thing.

I also want to add that im quite a casual player. Im playing since launch but only have like 560 hours in this game.

And to be real with you guys, the only thing that pushed me away from the game time and time again was the grind. I always wanted to try as many perks on killers and survivors as possible but it felt impossible. With the prestige change I almost unlocked every killer perks and with the new grind reduction to bloodweb I feel it won't take long to unlock perks on survivors too.

I know there are still a lot of things people want to be changed in this game but from casual player perspective this overall grind reduction is MASSIVE WIN. I finally can test new builds and game right from the bat felt much more interesting.

Hope they will reverse nerf thanatophobia like they do to mettle of man.

    We need old thana return.

Yea this patch was great, also the big one before, apart for some questionable downsides to few perks.

I feel like they actually listening this year and it makes me even more excited for new chapter.
