Dwight's "Leader" perk needs updating.
With the recent buffs to Rebecca's "better than new" perk affecting blessing speed slightly - there's no reason for Dwight's Leader perk to not affect Blessing speed. Leader is already a niche perk (don't get me wrong, it's a decent non-meta perk) however with the current meta, cleansing totems is rarely done. blessing is far more common. Therefore I believe it's fair to allow people to bless totems 25% faster when within 8 metres.
Not only this - but please bring back the Leader perk icon in the bottom right when near someone. It used to do this, but one random patch it got changed to only seeing the perk icon when doing an action. That change would help solo queue more.

They said they were going to put blessing speeds into leader then just kinda forgot about it.
