We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
Dead Hard when lagged, visual bug for the killer

The match is lagged, the survivor uses dead hard, you hit them, they are downed but suddenly they vanish with no scratchmarks and with the deepwound effect.
It always happens when the match is lagged. You can see in the videos below:
