What time is the RE patch?

It's 10:57AM ET, usually by now we have the patch notes and the patch would release in 3 minutes but so far there's been nothing shared about the release time. If the RE chapter isn't releasing at 11AM ET like most other chapters then what time is it coming out?

Reminder that the patch and the storefront availability typically differ by an hour.

Last night at midnight EST, SpookyLoopz said "in 13 hours" so that would be 1PM EST. Not sure if he's an authoritative source, but it's what he said.
Edit: Nevermind, the update just landed for me.
