description of the issue: matchmaking incentives doesn't show.
Step to reproduce (if possible): Load dbd and check the main menu
how often does this occur: As soon as I boot the game.
I am honestly can't tell weather is bugged or both sides are playing equally.

Matchmaking incentives will be re-enabled at 2 PM ET. They mentioned it in the release infos.
