Cant bind "Activate Ability 2"

Everything else works, i can bind literally anything else but cant this specific one, now I cant use reassurance

It was also not bound from the beginning.

    experiencing this too. very annoying, i'd like to be able to use the content i payed for

    edit: deleting my config folder and relaunching the game fixed it
