Personally, I think the hitbox change is what makes Wesker fun for both sides.
With a smaller hitbox, Wesker doesn't get stuck on random map objects that prevent hits and Survivors feel like his power is dodge-able.

I do think there is some weird collision going on with his power I've when threw a fee survivors and even slid off a couple during the unhook animation.

im with you all the way.. being playing him all afternoon.. and damm.. i always feel like im punish by using is power... getting so slow just by using it .. and when i bounce and miss. i just go super far from the survivors.. they see me like ( look that dumb killer ) and ran off. than im super slow recovery.. Most of the time when i had my first down .. 3 gens is already done almost 4.. if people say this killer got a anti-loop.. i dont see it.lost my respect of the dev long ago.. dont even want to support them.. they are always affraid of making something strong or else survivors main will baby cry

It was definitely too large before, but they probably tweaked it too much. I think they said it went from 40 to 20. I'm guessing 30 is probably the sweet spot.

The hitbox for hitting map objects and grabbing survivors are separate. Personally I think the survivor hitbox needs an increase. Too many clips out there of survivors not dodging really, just the hitbox hard missing and going like THROUGH them. I've also found this to be the case in practice but nothing as extreme as some of these clips I've seen.

Those are separate hit boxes. They reduced his survivor hitbox to more then half

His current hitbox just goes straight through survivors.

I do think his hit box could be increased a bit without making it too hard to dodge. As long as they don't go beyond 30 cm. Maybe 25 cm would be the sweet spot.
But I do agree that in general, these changes were very good. I had a lot of fun with and against him on the ptb, but these changes have improved this even more. Survivors definitely should have a fair chance at dodging his dash. The question is just if the odds to dodge his dash are a bit too high currently.
I still wonder if it's just hit box bugs that are causing most of the frustrations, and not so much the hit box size reduction, because his hit box does seem kind of inconsistent.

I'm half inclined to just do a count of the posts right now calling for a bigger nerf cause he's too op, and posts like this.
It's the old song, innit?
People don't wanna learn how to play a killer, respectively play against them, so they wail and whine till things get nerfed/buffed to breaking point, aka until it's another M1/Shift-W killer.

The hitbox was on the PTB at 40cm and they lowered it to 20cm, right? In my opinion they should do 2 of the following things:
- Increase the hitbox to 30cm.
- Increase the charging speed of the M2.
- Increase the speed at which the M2 recharges.
I think that with the first and second changes, the killer would improve a lot and it would be decent and even good again.

Yeah if he wasn't now going through surivors sure
