is it just me or does hex:ruin not appear in the bloodweb

I dont know whether it's just my awful bloodweb luck, but i never seem to be able to get ruin in any of my bloodwebs except hag, i have every dlc and have got nearly all of them to prestige 2 (referencing huntress as the 0 prestige), in all of my bloodwebs i have yet to get hex ruin before level 50 and considering that i wont be using them that much until i prestige again, it is completely useless. on one occasion have i got hex ruin before 50 and that was the shape on level 46 or something. Is the bloodweb tailored to withhold ruin from us until late bloodweb!?

    took me a while too, got ruin 1 on clown at level 42.
    it's a lot harder to get it with so many perks unlocked as almost any can appear in each level.
    it's also a lot harder to get new perks when you prestige because it makes you get better items so i never get uncommon perks. I just recently got resilience for my dwight, and if there wasn't a level cap i would be around level 90. It's sad how i get a perk available from the start at the end.

    It's all rng luck.  Got Ruin Rank 1 on my 36th level web for Spirit, before 40th level web for Leatherface and got it on my 5th level for Clown.

    Devs need to allow more control over perks choices some kind of perk points sytems instead of a random 2 perks so you buy a perk token spend it on one tier of a perk you desire.

    Another option the bloodweb currently hurts a lot of people with large number of teachables or alternative advice is making 3 perks available in the bloodweb at level 50. Make it possible to buy two perks in one level 50 bloodweb.
