We made killers faster, stronger, better! Solo queue was by far the worst to play, but we decided to buff killers instead with no QoL changes to solo queue until next year. We also nerfed all your perks and will be giving deadhard to our new killer, lmoa k bye.
Patch 6.1.2
It has come to our attention that a very small group of solo queue survivors were still having fun with meme builds using mettle of man. We killed the perk, gone, have a nice day.
Solo queue survivor: "Welp, this sucks, but at the very least we can always fall back on getting a laugh with blast mine, despite being murdered to death every match by a double range nurse!
Patch 6.2.9
Blastmine has been nerfed. We mean it, no fun...stop it.

I genuinely believe that Blast Mine got nerfed because they couldn't figure out how to fix a PTB bug. There was no earthly reason to nerf the perk, and yet here we are.
(To be fair, though, solo survivor got a nice buff this patch. The 10s basekit BT + haste is quite nice and I've already gotten some solid use out of it.)

BHVR has been quiet on the topic and hasnt said anything as to why it was nerfed. But if they want to keep it like this, i think they should reduce it to match Wiretap and be 33% for it be viable again

Go figure. They've been exceptionally silent elsewhere, despite the multitude of topics begging for an answer. If that's the case, then the perk needs to be rebalanced, because the numbers are utter trash in that case.
