We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
"No One Escaped" even though 3/4 people escaped.

When a survivor dies as a result of an endgame collapse, I got the score event "No One Escaped" twice, even though 3 people escaped and one died as a result of a timeout.
It's not killer/map dependant: got that on Huntress on RPD but recently also on Freddy.
