Virulent Bound Vault Bug
If Wesker uses his first bound to vault a window or pallet, he is forced out of his power and can't immediately use the second bound, even if it's available.
This bug was present in the PTB, but wasn't fixed for the launch of the chapter nor addressed in the patch notes. I spoke to a dev on Twitter about this and she said that this bug has definitely been flagged by the team, but to let you guys know if the issue is still occurring anyway. So here I am, letting you guys know. Thanks for your time.

@blue4zion Apparently not because they've flagged it as a bug. Also, the power description makes no mention of this.

@blue4zion Also it just makes no sense for it to be this way. If you have the second bound, you should be able to use it in the chain, not be forced out of your power for no reason.

I thought it should be like you cant use ability after vault...but as I read your writing, yes, it's bug, I can't use it either

@yousef0930 Ya I think a lot of people just kind of assumed that it was a weird limitation. I'm looking forward to them fixing it. The vault will feel like a much more valuable tool once they do.
