Switch - Carlos Oliveira skin has a distorted face and Sheva Alomar skin has a "polygonal" face

Carlos' issue is best noticeable up close in trials but this skin's face is weirdly distorted
Sheva's face shows visible polygons and wire frames even in the lobby
Edited to clarify when the issues were observed
