Wesker dash requires too much precision

Other killers with dash abilities have significantly more forgiving hitboxes for hitting survivors often with superior control over the movement in the dash.

Blight for example can dash 5 times and can turn at teh end of the dash and has a much larger hitbox.

Billy has a much larger hitbox and can turn during his dash.

Demo cannot turn at all during his dash and it is much more forgiving.

As it is right now the amount of precision required makes it basically impossible to hit a survivor who is not 2 feet in front of you unless they are not moving side to side at all.

Exactly, I feel like they give him deathslingers projectile hitbox and said done.

Could call it skill issue, but its far to easy to dodge a dash from further away, you almost gotta use it close enough to give survivors no time to react.

    Here's a 45cm, 40cm, and 20cm box in unreal engine.

It's absolutely tiny, you can't even skim the survivor. You have to hit them directly or else you are going to miss. For something like deathslinger shot, thats fine because it moves at 40 m/s.

Wesker moves 11.2-14m/s during his bound...

It is actually the most ridiculous hitbox I have ever seen in dbd 20 cm only for this kind of power that has many counters? What were you thinking BHVR? any streamer that I've watched were missing every single dash if the survivor tried to dodge, which killer is this impossible to land a hit? It definitely should be 30 cm to be fair for both sides

It is very difficult to get successful dash attacks, if you miss you can easily fly away to Narnia... So I use the dash attack only as a faster way of moving through the map, but not for attacking survivors... Which is sad.

Wesker is just an M1 killer with standard move speed and nurse like teleport which can't go through objects.

  • What in the...they had the environmental collision box bigger then the survivor collision box in the ptb? What in the actual world were they thinking with that?

No wonder why in the ptb it was too easy to collied with the environment.

And just like a lot of people have been saying, BHVR doesn't know what "slightly" means, that is considerably smaller, you literally have to connect to survivors with your torso.

And you would think with how fast and agile Wesker is, they would at least make him be somewhat as fast and agile as he is in his game, but no, literally slower then the Deathslinger harpoon, long recovery time, can't at least turn during dash or when successfully grabbing a survivor, can't use your power or even attack after vaulting a pallet or window.

Wesker is literally just Demogorgon, but you can dash two times...oh and his infection value is non existence because BHVR thought it was a smart idea that the only way to infect survivors is to successfully hit survivors with the power, which is definitely not gonna happen most of the time during chases because his power has little anti looping power and thought of the brilliant idea of giving survivors 6 cans, each with 2 usage which literally means survivors have 12 cans in total.
