Unable to report players using Anonymous mode/Hide your name

During postgame screen your are unable to do anything to players using anonymous mode/hide your name other than blocking/unblocking them.

Hackers/cheaters are now with this completely immune to being reported.

While the modes are great in the fact that it protects people from being harassed it also has a huge negative impact where hackers/cheaters does not need more than one account now.

    You can still flag the player using the mode, you just can't see their name.

    There have been adjustments made on the Support ticket where you don't have to input the Steam64 ID of the player you are reporting (or the name) as we will tie this up on our end via the reports.
