I can't see the killer's profile

I'm on Steam. Still, when it's a console player you'd get the "View Profile" option in grey (disabled). There was a crossplay survivor and I got the 3 options for that survivor, but when I wanted to see the killer's profile I only got the BLOCK option. Is it maybe because they ragequitted?

    They have their nickname same as killer's name. I can assume they use a streamer mode which hide their profile (profile button) from you.

    You should still be able to use the "thumbs down" icon to report that player if need be.

    Then if you wish to send video evidence, you put your information on the report form and Support ties that up on their end.
