How do speed boost/penalties work?

So let's say you play a 4.6m/s (115%) killer and you get a 5% haste effect. Will you move at 120% speed or do the 5% get added on the 4.6m/s (1.05 β’ 4.6)?
I hope you can't answer my question π

5% of your base speed.
So for survivors it is 105% because 5% of 4.0 is 0.2, giving you 4.2.
But for a 4.6m/s killer, itβs 5% of 4.6 which is 0.23, giving you 4.83m/s or 120.75% of survivor running speed.

Yes, it did. Agitation still felt kinda slow. Thank you π

Yep. Agi bases it off of 18% of 92% (3.68m/s). So you get 4.3424m/s which is about 108.56% speed, not 110.
