Can we please keep the "DEAD BY DAYLIGHT" announcer forever?
Everytime I hear it in the title screen I laugh and chuckle at it. It's too good I wish it stays forever but just in case my wish doesnt come true I recorded it for memories

It’s a homage to the RE series which does that.
Personally I’ve always thought it was a bit much. Kinda cheesy.
But I’ve never been a big RE fan because typically it’s so over the top it’s just schlocky and in no way scary.
Nothing wrong with schlock if that’s what you’re going for but when you schlock while trying to play it straight and serious, like dbd or RE series, it immediately cheapens the experience.

As it's a resident evil reference. I think it should stay, but only if there is a RE character on the menu. So if i closed the game with jill as my selected survivor the next time it will play.

honestly respect your opinion on the RE series and the voice over but I really like the announcer because it makes me laugh a bit everytime

Yeah nothing wrong with that. If they kept it it wouldn’t be the end of the world.
It just kinda makes me cringe.
Edit: bit like the menu music for the Attack on Titan crossover. Cringy 90’s electric guitar anthem rendition of the dbd menu music. Made me get outa the main menu as fast as possible. I’m sure others loved it and to each their own, but I’m glad it’s gone.

I think a cool thing for this would be, instead of just a generic deep voice saying “Dead by Daylight”, play a sound from a random killer on startup. So it could be like the sound or cue a killer makes on their character menu screen, or a grunt or voice line they make in play, such as Freddy’s laugh or Hag’s rasp or Sadako’s static or Wesker’s sneer, etc. That would be a fun way to kind of mix in all the killers as a random mix into the intro loading screen.

Not sure where you get that one from there is plenty about the game to enjoy, and plenty outside the game to enjoy.
There is a lot that's cringy though and that tends to make for better train wreck comedy, which makes up a huge part of the DBD forum.
