  • Had level 40 Jonah (So perks unlocked for everyone at tier 1). Bought "Overcome" Tier 2 in Shrine a few weeks back. Perk at top of bloodweb went green (Tier 2). Just prestiged to 1 (Level 50). Perk went back to unlocked for everyone at tier 1.

  • The once but i assume at ongoing bug for all in same scenario.

    Problem resolved itself by simply restarting machine used.
