Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

PC - Carlos Oliveira set glitches for the entire match after he is hooked.

While wearing Leon's Carlos set, Carlos's face gets morphed/disfigured for the rest of the match once he is hooked. This happened as soon as he is hooked once, at any time, on any map. It doesn't seem like anything else specifically triggers this, as it happens consistently just wearing the set and being hooked once.
My friends and I had a few laughs.
