110 movement speed Legion vs 110

Honestly the excuse for Legion not being 115 was just plain bad. Seem’s the devs are worried about them being too strong when they have omega blink nurse walking around😒 and you can’t get any stronger then that even a strong legion wouldn’t be near as strong as omega blink nurse...

    What was the actual excuse?

That's too frustrating. Legion get their first hit on multiple survivors quite easy. And then they only need to hit you once to down you. One mistake and you are gone. It probably felt like pig with perma exposed on them or something like that.
And about omega blink Nurse. Everybody knows that this AddOn combo is too strong. And the devs will most likely nerf it, when Nurse gets an AddOn rework with UR etc. one day.

I rather play against 115% ms legion than playing against base nurse tbh.

Insta chainsaws, inta hatchets, third blinks, omegablinks vs 115% ms.

I think one way or another they will give him 115% ms though. I still didn't lose my hope.

What would you think is stronger:

A base killer with 115% movement speed against Survivors with permanent Exposed status effect.

Or a Killer that can enter a stance that allows them to oneshot survivors, gives them an increased lunge range and moderately increases their vault speed when they need it? (Myers)

Doesn't Huntress move at 110 ms? And The Pig and Clown at 115?

Tydytyme made a good point that 115% would make him less unique. With that, he would use his power to get the first hit, and then continue chasing like any standard killer. That would make him stronger, but not necessarily more fun. Theoretically, the killer would be more fun and unique if the power was his main tool to down people. Of course, that may not work in the current version yet. But I hope that, if they buff him further down the line, they'll make the power strong enough to carry him, instead of simply raising the movement speed.

    Yes

Here is an overview of killer speeds:

Hag, Spirit and Doctor in Treatment Mode also move at 110%.

Legion isn't all that slow at average speed then

I'd say not only less unique but also disgustingly overpowered. We know from all the other 115% killers that that speed is "good enough" in a chase. Trapper, even though not very good in general, can down people in a reasonable amount of time without using the power.

A killer with the same movement speed as the Trapper, who gets a free first hit that not even pallets or vaults can stop, and an AoE reveal, and a low terror radius which we also know is good based on Hag and Spirit (+ but his is even less so I don't include him here) and has a small silhouette which is another strength would be stupidly overpowered. And additionally the first hit is not only free but actually better than that because it applies Deep Wound.

That's not even taking into account the synergy with perks.

He should not be 115% MS, as it would mean that he is less power/skill dependant to get a hit, and that would be a bad thing.
His speed should remain 110%, but his power/DWE buffed instead.

They didn't want to buff hag's movement speed too, because they thought that would be lazy fix. This is probably same for the legion.

Nah, he's super slow. Remember that 100% (survivor speed) Is 4m/s. 115% is 4.6m/s and 110% is 4.4m/s. This means that 115% gains 0.6m for every second they chase a survivor whereas 110% is only 0.4m every second. 115% gains distance 50% faster than 110%.

I believe the devs thought it made Legion too strong in testing
