Streamer Mode For Hackers

Just wanted to bring to attention that there have been some hackers in game that have been using streamer mode to prevent people from grabbing their steam id and reporting them. Should probably make it so even with streamer mode, you can see steam profile.

Or at the very least, in the end game chat you can still see profiles.
