Camping Nurse?

New one for me. Just got out of a trial where the Nurse camped downed survivors and survivors on hooks all trial. I've never even seen noob Nurses do that. Is this a new thing?

camping has been more frequent recently even with stronger killers like blight, nurse and spirit

Yes, any killer can camp if they want to, no metter if they are top tier or trash tier.
It's nothing new, it's nothing sudden.

Might be someone trying to get the Nurse challenge completed while having no experience at playing Nurse.

Pretty normal gameplay then. Camping with weaker killers is just an excuse some people use for whatever reason, people do it with every killer,especially meta ones
