    If you mean skill checks - yes. Healing downed survivors gives the same skill checks as healing an injured survivor.

    thx just an arguement between me and my friends while they insist there wont be qte while healing downed survivors

    Absolutely it does. It counts towards objectives like "Do good skill check 10 times" or whatever.
