How do I report a cheater today?

Hello guys;

I have a question because BHVR has turned on the ability to hide the profile and what should I do when I meet a cheater?

Usually, I wrote a report in-game and also sent a ticket on the dedicated page - the cheater account ID is required. And what about this? Cheaters hide their accounts and their profile cannot be accessed to see the ID. What should I do then?

I record all my matches and when I find such a person, I make clips of it and send it. But what about hidden profiles?

    According to Mandy you don't need the ID anymore. But you will need video evidence of them cheating.

    Thanks for the answer.

    And is that enough? How is this supposed to work?

    Every match I meet either Claudett Morel 02, 03, 04, ... (example) - How do they know it's this person? It might as well be another one.

    Those playing in Anonymous mode can still be reported.

    Just like with any in-game rule violation, the in-game report is required to flag the match (the thumbs down icon). With cheating/hacking, you'll want to make a Support ticket with video evidence: https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us/categories/6713776396180-Dead-by-Daylight

    When submitting a ticket to Support for someone playing in Anonymous Mode, you don't need to fret about the Gamertag or Steam 64ID; your information in the report ticket, and reporting in-game (that flagged the match/player) is all that's needed. The ACMs can tie everything together on their end, and take care of the person violating in-game rules.

    Apparently the match has everyones steam ID attached to it so they can look at the report and go from there. As far as how they'll be able to figure out who was cheating I do not know.
