Revert DS nerf to 5 seconds

The feedback has been pretty much unanimous since the nerf a few months ago - DS is a waste of a perk slot now. Why hasn't this nerf been reverted already? Disabling it after exit gates are powered was a fair nerf and it was all that was needed for this otherwise balanced perk.

agreed, the only valid DS nerf was disabling it during end game.
