We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
Wesker downed voice lines play when hitting a survivor with endurance

If you hit an injured survivor with endurance there's a chance wesker will still play a voice line as if he downed them. As far as i know this bug occurs with the off the record and dead hard perks.
