1) Xbox
2) The last millisecond of gen repair, skillcheck sound happens with no skillcheck. Generator explodes and you lose progress. Killer hadn't downed or hooked anyone.
4) occurs a fair bit. Was working with someone on a gen and it happened to both of us at the same time.
