scourge hook placement needs its own logic
it shouldn't just be four random hooks, there should be a logic to the scourge hook selection so that rng doesn't completely make at least 1 perk completely useless
i just had a match where two of my scourge hooks spawned in the upstairs area of eyrie of crows. two hooks that are impossible to use unless you specifically down a survivor in the upstairs area of the main building. it takes way too long to carry a survivor up the staircase otherwise. so i wasn't able to use my two scourge hook perks because the remaining two scourge hooks were in the corners of the map. there was no useful hooks. the usefulness of the scourge hook perks shouldn't be random, the random placement shouldn't screw over the killer due to the level design not taking scourge hook placement into account

I agree. Sometimes you have all scourges on one side of the map where you'll never hoon anyone and sometimes you hook survivors only at scourges. It's all or nothing. Maybe a better logic would make more sense.

Yep pretty much how it is. Sometimes I could win a game off a pain res being at the best part of the map. Sometimes I get sent to swamp(kill me) and they are all in corners that killers have never even set foot in.
