Not that the matches as SoloQ feel terrible, i need to face the same toxic killer 3 times in a row?

If i report someone for toxic and block him. Why i need to face him 3 times in a row?
Its always the same tunneler and camper who nods, hits on hook and is toxic in endgame chat. Honestly, i understand why some people just dc. Maybe i will too if i face him again.
Why match making cant consider that? The soloq Matches feel bad enough.

None of that is reportable except possibly endgame chat, depends on how far they're going. Blocking doesn't stop you being matched with someone either
