Platform: Xbox

Issue: fully lunging regardless of input during lethal rush

Steps to reproduce: blight on xbox? (Perks were Hex: Plaything, Hex: Undying, scourge hook: gift of pain, scourge hook, monstrous shrine)

Frequency: every lethal rush
