Wiretap + Open-handed not working correctly

I've tested Wiretap with and without Open-handed and it's definitely not working as it should. Normally Wiretap is 14m aura range. Open-handed should put it at 30m however it doesn't. In fact I don't think it's extending the aura reading at all honestly.

This is correct. Apparently when Open Handed says “all auras”, it doesn’t mean all.
