Am I encountering AI killers or is this a hacker?

I play on Steam and when right clicking all I see is 'block' for options. I had the same thing with a Spirit earlier. Username was The Spirit. Does Behavior have AI killers queuing? Or is this some 3rd party bot or something?

Its anonymous mode. You turn it on and it doesn't show your name in game.

Neither its a player using the Anonymous mode. It's been added only recently.

Oh ok, thank you everyone. I have nearly 1k hours on this game and haven't seen this until tonight

Bots are really obvious since they will teleport on top of you and go turbo hacking mode.BHVR patched the more subtle bots as far as I'm aware.
