Give Nemesis more STARS Voicelines

With the addition of another STARS member, our STARS roster is increasing, with more skins in the future most likely. With that in mind, wouldn't it be great if you were getting chased as one of them by Nemesis and he was yelling STARS at you while in a chase? I think it'd be great. With the addition of Wesker, we know BHVR knows how to do this, so come on guys! Give Nemesis some more love with some additional voice lines!
