Re-Animator Chapter Concept
I think Re-Animator while not being as well known to non horror fans, is still big enough in the community to warrant it's own chapter. Now I doubt it would come with 2 survivors and a map and would instead get relegated to the Pinhead treatment but I've included everything a full chapter would have to give options in the event it did.

Survivors: Herbert West and Dan Cain

The Reanimated ( Carl Hill)
Terror Radius: 32m
Movement Speed: 115%
Height: Average
Power: Dead Head
The Reanimated can separate his head from his body which takes 5 seconds, allowing his head to fly, which is 3% faster but hard to take around turns. Hitting an object at high enough speeds will stun the head allowing people to grab it out of the air and throw it onto the ground. Slamming into a survivor will deal a health state. The head must travel to the body to rejoin it. If the head is destroyed control will return to the body and it will enter blind rage for 30 seconds, in this time period anying beyond 3 meters of the body will be obscured however all survivors will become exposed and their heart beats will be revealed across the map. After this 30 seconds is up the head will return to the body and vision will be regained.
Special Ability: Cadavers
While the head and body are attached you can take control of one of 2 cadavers found across the map, the act of taking control of a cadaver takes 1 second for every 10 meters away they are from you. They receive an additional 2% movement and vault speed compared to the Re-Animated but can be killed by a pallet stun.
Special Ability: Reagent
Start the game with 4 syringes of Reagent. Survivors' bodies fall after dying on hook. The bodies of survivors and killed Cadavers can be injected with reagent which takes 10 seconds and an additional minute for the reanimation process to complete. Once the process is complete the cadaver adn survivor will be able to be controlled. The cadaver is considered the killer not a separate entity so all attacks are considered basic attacks in this form. Cadavers must be placed 10 meters away from hooked survivors before transferring to another body.
Add Ons
Medical Tray: Stun duration from slamming into objects as a head is decreased by 25%.
Shovel Head: Time it takes to detach head is reduced by 50%.
Evidence Bag: Greater turn rate for the detached head.
Corpse Tag: Terror radius for cadavers is reduced by 4 meters.
Dummy Head: Extends Blind Rage visibility by 1 meter.
Rufus: 25% less time for the reagent to kick in.
Morgue Door: Slamming a Pallet on a cadaver destroys the pallet (Still kills the cadaver).
Blood Bag: Receive the haste status effect for 10 seconds after the head rejoins the body.
Broken Pencil: While in Blind Rage loud noise notifications will reveal the survivors aura for 10 seconds regardless of distance.
Severed Arm: Healthy survivors will become injured and gain the deep wounds status effect after destroying the head.
Intestine Strand: Survivors will receive a 3% movement penalty after killing a cadaver.
Doctor’s Bag: While in Blind Rage your terror radius is reduced by 33%.
Clean Scrubs: 50% less time to inject reagent. Gain the haste status effect in your main body for 30 seconds after injection.
Megan’s File: When your obsession is unhooked, all cadavers gain the haste effect for 15 seconds.
Test Log Tape: Survivors within 10 meters of a cadaver when it begins being controlled are exposed for 15 seconds.
Laser Drill: 33% less time to take control of cadavers.
Hospital I.D.: 1 Additional cadaver is available at the start of the match.
Herbert’s Notes: Grants an additional vial of Reagent at the start of the match.
Halsey’s Brain: Amount of reagent vials capped at 1. Amount of cadavers capped at 1. Cadaver receives an additional 2% speed to all actions. Cannot be killed by pallets but receives double the stun and blind duration from all sources.
Killer Perks
-Proper Recognition: If your achievements won't be given attention perhaps others should bask in the spotlight.
Whenever a generator is finished all survivors working on it are exposed for 30/35/40 seconds.
-Lobotomy: Compliance is expected, and will be gained through any means possible.
Survivors who interact with a generator 30/35/40 seconds after being hit with a basic attack will gain the Blindness and Oblivious status effects for 60 seconds.
-Autopsy: You’ve learned enough from the dead, it’s time to let that guide further operations.
For every dead survivor, survivors receive a 10%/12.5%/15% penalty to healing and mending.
Survivor: Herbert West
-Further Testing: While all the supplies aren’t available a version of the reagent can be created.
Can scavenge in lockers for 20/17.5/15 seconds once per locker to find medical supplies. These can be used to craft a Mild Reagent Vial which heals over the course of 15 seconds when injected..
-Greater Good: Putting people into harm's way wasn’t your intention but it is beneficial that they’re there to help take the fall.
Leading the killer to an injured survivor will grant them the endurance status effect and remove any debuffs they currently have. This has a cooldown of once every 90/75/60 seconds.
-Proper Credit: You take pride in your work and wont let someone get in the way of it that easily.
Any generator you repair for at least 10/7.5/5 Seconds will be 200% slower to kick and will regress 5% slower.
Survivor: Dan Cain
-Lab Assistant: You’re still learning all that there is to know so it’s best to just lend a helping hand.
Gain a 15%/17.5%/20% increase to your repair time when working on a generator with another survivor. Repair speed reduced by 5% while working on a Generator alone.
-Hippocratic Oath: Morals are important, regardless of the situation.
Missing a skill check when healing another survivor will hide their pools of blood and scratch marks along with reducing grunts of pain by 50% for 20/25/30 seconds.
-Spark of Ambition: Being denied the tools to succeed only leads you to taking more extreme measures.
1/2/3 time(s) per game you can interact with an object blocked by the entity to unblock it.

I like Reanimator, it was a decent movie. I wouldn't be against it being in the game, or honestly any Lovecraft based chapter. 🙂
