[PC] Endurance stacking off hook
I'm quite sure this isn't intended.
Issue: After getting hit with basekit BT/BT/OTR I am able to use DH.

Intended.
You can press DH button and get endurance + exhaustion, but second endurance effect won't save you from dying state since you've already in deep wound.
Just like with legion. His ability won't trigger OTR endurance, endurance will still be active after ability hit, but OTR won't save you from down before you mend.

Then I don't understand why they left the promt to DH.
I'm not a DH user, I was just meming around and noticed that you still get the prompt and do the dash.

Because they didn't disable DH, they fixed endurances' stacking. And endurances aren't stacking now, you can get two consecutive endurances, you can get endurance while you are in deep wound (and therefore you can press DH button) but you can't get value out of that.
Like you still can eat dull totem but you can't get second stack of inner healing. Dumb example but smth like that.

I got it. Although then I hope they just disable the perk if you are already in deep would to make it less confusing for new folks.
