How do I complete this tome 12 challenge

I have been trying to complete this challenge for a while now but I have hard time understanding the instructions.

”Finish healing yourself 1 time(s) and escape while using only the perk(s) 1 and no other perk(s)”.

What is ”the perk(s) 1” ? Do I have to escape the trial or a chase? I have healed myself and escaped the trial while only using one perk but it didn’t work. Could someone who has completed it specify what this means because its getting frustrating :/

    It's self care. Equip it and heal yourself once (medkits are allowed). Then you have to escape trial.

    Yeah, it’s self care, a dev confirmed it and the text will probably be fixed with the next update.
