Custom games doesn't work?

We're trying to play a custom game and this happens
We can never get to loading screen. Is it just me or what?

I played some custom games a few days back and they worked. No idea on what's happening there.

That's happened to me before, the infinite loading screen thingy-doo. No idea what causes it, but you have to restart your game to fix it.
