For example, if a player with this perk is on the hook, then his Life Bar turns yellow. When activated, the Life Bar turns white. Once the perk expires, the Life Bar turns red again.
This perk is severely lacking any kind of notification for the rest of the survivors.
Perhaps it would be possible to increase the activation radius to 18-24 meters. But notification is paramount.

Yes. Perk has been useless since it's release 3 years ago because teammates won't know if you have it.

they could make kinship also make the hooked survivor glow white like they do with reassurance. maybe take it another step up by making their aura white to other survivors from both kinship and reassurance
